PURPOSE: A non-contact type tire/wheel requirements uniformity measuring device is provided to measure the tire requirements without applying any substance on the surface of the tire or depositing it in water reservoir. CONSTITUTION: The present invention discloses a non-contact type tire/wheel requirements uniformity measuring device comprising:a displacement measuring device having a light radiation unit(L) radiating light, and a light receiving unit(R) receiving the light reflected on the tire to be measured and converting it into electric signal; an amplifier(11) amplifying the electric signal from the light receiving unit(R) of the displacement measuring device(10); an A/D convertor(12) converting the signal amplified in the amplifier(11) into a digital signal; a CPU discriminating the requirements uniformity of the tire to be measured by extracting harmonic component from the digital signal from the A/D convertor(12); and a display(16) for displaying the results.
