PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prohibit generation of a flaw or the like in a sheet body carried along a straight carrying passage, and effectively simplify constitution. SOLUTION: A guide means 82 is provided with a first and a second guide plates 88, 92 disposed along a straight carrying passage 84. The second guide plate 92 comprises guide parts 96a, 96b with which a carrying direction tip of an accumulation type phoshor sheet 22 can get in contact, and a recess part integrally provided with the guide parts 96a, 96b and bent in such a direction to get apart from the straight carrying passage 84.
