PURPOSE: An apparatus for hair extension and weft having the same mounted are provided to allow a novice user to easily connect a hair extension to actual hair without any particular auxiliary tool. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(100) for a hair extension comprises: a metal strip which is bent so as to form an open part at one side through which actual hair and false hair(20) are inserted respectively or together, and which has a space part for receiving actual hair and false hair respectively or together. The actual hair and the false hair are inserted respectively or together through the open part, and then compacted so that the open part is sealed, thereby connecting the inserted actual hair and false hair.
