PURPOSE: A system for storing call details of a general subscriber in an NGN(Next Generation Network) and a method therefor and a method for listening to the stored call details are provided to use a voice recording server for storing voice call details and an application server having subscriber information, so that a user can listen to the stored call details. CONSTITUTION: General subscriber telephones(11,16) comprise keypads including function keys for storing call details during a call. Access gateways(12,15) receive an analog voice of a subscriber to change in a digital coding method, transmit the changed voice to a packet network(17) or convert into an analog signal to send the signal to other telephone subscriber. A call recording server(14) assigns a storage space for the subscriber who applies for a call storage service, registers an index value of the storage space, and stores call details in packet type, so that the subscriber can listen to the call details. An application server(13) stores subscriber information, and supplies a service to the subscriber. A soft switch(18) supplies a routing function and a call control function for network voice traffic, and controls configuration elements for configuring a network.
