In particular, the present invention relates to a method for isolating kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside through hydrolysis using an enzyme or microbe that removes the sugar selectively from kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside glycosides in a plant extract, and a composition of a skin external application comprising kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside that prevents skin wrinkle.
