The pump (10) has a rotor (18) swivelably supported eccentrically in a cup shaped housing (12), and an impeller supported in the rotor that is orthogonal to a rotation axis (21) in a relocatable manner. An air discharge opening (38) is provided with an exhaust valve that includes a sealing body lying directly on the opening. The body is flexibly designed and is fixed at the opening at front and rear ends of the opening in a rotation direction (36) of the rotor, where the body lies permanently at the opening. A working space (30) is divided into suction and pressure spaces (32, 34).
