PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus suppressing the temperature rise within a cabinet by a fan relatively low in static pressure of a relatively large-sized display apparatus and achieving efficient radiation and low noise. SOLUTION: The display apparatus is provided with a first inlet 21 which introduces air to an upper side within a cabinet 2 covering a back side of a display element 1 having a display surface 11a on a front side, a first fan 3 which discharges the air introduced from the first inlet 21 to the outside, a second inlet 23 which introduces the air to the lower side within the cabinet 2, and a second fan 4 which discharges the air introduced from the second inlet 23 to the outside to smooth flow of the air on the upper side within the cabinet 2 and the flow of the air on the lower side and facilitate the circulation of the air.
