RFID DEVICE WITH NON-VOLATILE FERROELECTRIC MEMORY

An RFID device with a non-volatile ferroelectric memory is provided to generate a stabilized power-on reset signal regardless of electric pressure by sensing an off-session of a wireless frequency signal and to stabilize power by adding a capacitor element to a power voltage applying unit. A power-on reset unit(170) senses power voltage to output a sensing signal, and an RF signal sensing unit(180) outputs an RF frequency sensing signal by sensing a level of a detecting signal corresponding to an RF signal. A power-on reset mixer(190) outputs a power-on signal by synthesizing the power sensing signal with the RF sensing signal.
