PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitator capable of reliably agitating a product to be processed.SOLUTION: An agitator comprises: a trunk of a reverse conical shape to be made up by a product to be processed; a shaft body arranged in a vertical direction at the radial center part of the trunk; a rotary wing accommodated in the trunk for rotating around the shaft body along the inner peripheral surface of the trunk; and an inner agitation auxiliary component for assisting the agitation of the product to be processed by the rotation of the rotary wing. The inner agitation auxiliary component has an inner agitation auxiliary portion which is disposed on the side of the shaft body or the inner side of the trunk with respect to the rotary wing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
