<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement the measurement of an error rate for a result of demodulation by a demodulator or the evaluation of demodulation performance without preparing a measurement environment such as a BER measuring instrument or a modulator. <P>SOLUTION: A PC 20 comprises a wav storage unit 21a for determination which stores therein wav data for determination which are data of a modulation signal obtained by modulating modulation data for test, a wav storage unit 21b for evaluation which stores therein wav data for evaluation which are data of a signal obtained by adding disturbance to the modulation signal obtained by modulating the modulation data for test, an input/output unit 26 which inputs/outputs data to/from a demodulator 30, a measurement processing unit 23 which measures a BER value for a demodulation result of wav data (wav data for determination or wav data for evaluation) by the demodulator 30, a determination processing unit 24 which determines a device situation of the demodulator 30 on the basis of the BER value relating to the wav data for determination, and an evaluation processing unit 25 which evaluates demodulation performance of the demodulator 30 on the basis of the BER value relating to the wav data for evaluation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
