PURPOSE: An automatic tablet feeding apparatus is provided to make a high quality of semiconductor packages by eliminating defective tablets. CONSTITUTION: The automatic tablet feeding apparatus comprises a tablet feeding part(100); a tablet selection part(200) for receiving tablets from the tablet feeder, the tablet selection part(200) having four tablet receiving blocks(211) fixed on a rotational block(210) driven by a drive motor(220), a location sensor(250), and an inferiority detecting sensor(260); a tablet pick-up/conveying part(300) for picking-up the tablets received within the tablet selection part(200); a tablet aligning part(400) provided with a plurality of seat holes on which the tablets conveyed from the tablet pick-up part are seated.
