PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasound flowmeter which correctly measuring the flow by correcting the delay time of the ultrasound elements. SOLUTION: The ultrasound flowmeter is provided with: a propagating time measurement means for measuring the propagation time from transmitted from the transmission side transmission/reception part to arriving at the ultrasound receiving side transmission/reception part; and a flow rate calculation means for calculating the flow rate of the objective fluid based on the measured propagation time. The propagation time measurement means is provided with: a monitor output voltage wave form acquisition means following to imparting the driving voltage to the ultrasound transmission/reception part of the transmission side, the acoustic vibration wave form generating on the piezoelectric ceramic vibration disk is acquired as the out put voltage wave form, based on the acquired monitor output voltage wave form; a correction information generating means for forming the correction information of the propagation time based on the acquired monitor output voltage wave form; and a propagation time correction means for correcting the measured propagation time, based on the correction information.
