The present invention relates to a modified pillow, comprising: a pillow central part (10) having a recessed central portion in a pillow to allow a head of a user to be placed at the same height with a body when lying flat on the back; a pillow edge part (20) provided to be higher than the pillow central part (10) to allow the head of the user to be placed at the same height with the body when lying on either side; and a body part (30) having a longitudinal side of the pillow and extending towards the body of the user. The pillow of the present invention has an effect of allowing the user to have a stable sleeping posture. |
