High-performance torchable thermal insulating panel (1) for buildings roofs made up of a layer of thermal insulating material of rigid polyurethane foam (PUR) or of another equivalent material and in particular and preferably of polyisocyanurate (PIR) made in the form of a panel being made up of an intermediate insulating layer (2) preferably parallelepiped-shaped with flat faces, said intermediate insulating layer (2) being provided, at least in correspondence of the two opposite faces having a greater surface area, with a multi-layer coating (3) made up at least of the following layers: a) one layer of metallized polyester film; b) one layer of polyethylene film; c) one layer of moisture- proof paper; d) one layer of bituminous compound film; e) one layer of non-woven polypropylene fabric. |
