A refrigeration/air-conditioning device 1 is equipped with: a refrigerant circuit 2 which is configured by a compressor 3, a heat-source-side heat exchanger 4, an expansion unit 5, and a load heat exchanger 6 being connected through a refrigerant pipe 2a and circulates a refrigerant therethrough; an air blower 7; a first comparison temperature detection unit; a second comparison temperature detection unit; and a control unit 20. The first comparison temperature detection unit is an outlet temperature detection unit 8. The control unit 20 has: a frequency reducing means 21 for reducing the drive frequency of the air blower 7 if the outlet temperature detected by the outlet temperature detection unit 8 is a reduction temperature threshold or less; a compression control means 23 for controlling the compressor 3 in such a manner that the compression capacity is reduced if the temperature detected by the second comparison temperature detection unit is a reference temperature or less; and a threshold setting means 22 for setting the reference temperature to a temperature such that the compression capacity of the compressor 3 is maintained until the temperature in a load space 12 supplied with the air subjected to heat exchange with the refrigerant by the load heat exchanger 6 reaches a target temperature.
