PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fundus camera capable of adjusting the quantity of light by means of one operating part in either imaging mode, and having excellent operability and enhanced appearance. SOLUTION: This fundus camera has a normal imaging mode, a visible fluoroscopy mode, and an infrared fluoroscopy mode, and illuminates the fundus oculi 11a by means of an observation light source 1 during observation of the fundus oculi. The fundus camera includes: a variable resistor 31 for adjusting the applied voltage of the observation light source 1 during the normal imaging mode in order to adjust the quantity of illuminating light of the observation light source 1 within a light quantity region suited for normal imaging; a variable resistor 32 for adjusting the applied voltage of the observation light source 1 during the visible fluoroscopy mode in order to adjust the quantity of illuminating light of the observation light source 1 within a light quantity region suited for visible fluoroscopy; and a variable resistor 33 for adjusting the applied voltage of the observation light source 1 during the infrared fluoroscopy mode in order to adjust the quantity of illuminating light of the observation light source 1 within a light quantity region suited for infrared fluoroscopy, the variable resistors 31, 32, 33 being operated by means of one adjustment handle 100.
