PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrostatic charge developing toner that can maintain excellent release property for a long period on fixing and result in an image of fine quality, to provide an electrostatic charge developing developer containing the toner, and to provide an image forming method using the electrostatic charge developing toner and the electrostatic charge developing developer. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge developing toner contains at least a binder resin, a coloring material and a release agent, wherein the release agent is a mixture release agent by melting an mixing two or more kinds of release agents. Preferably, the release agent is a mixture release agent by melting and mixing two or more kinds of release agents having different viscosities, or the release agent is a mixture release agent by melting and mixing two or more kinds of release agents having different acid values.
