The lock bar has a control lever (6) with a distal end provided in articulation on a base (2). A tipper (7-1) is constraint in articulation either with respect to the base or with respect to the lever by elastic units to grip the lever with the base to permit locking of a bolt. A manual actuator (10) and a mechanized control actuator (11) cooperate with the tipper to cause disengagement of the tipper.
