PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply select combination of one or more communication partners when different signal series are transmitted to one or more communication partners among communication partners at the same time and in the same frequency band.

SOLUTION: A channel information acquisition circuit 105 estimates and acquires pieces of channel information for each communication partner communication equipment on the basis of a received signal received from the communication partner communication equipment. In addition, a signal space vector arithmetic circuit 106 calculates the signal space vector of communication partner communication equipment to be the candidate of a communication partner among the plurality of pieces of communication partner communication equipment on the basis of the acquired channel information and calculates the signal space vector based on the communication partner communication equipment selected as the communication partner. An inner product arithmetic circuit 107 calculates an inner product value based on the signal space vectors. A communication partner selection circuit 108 selects the communication partner communication equipment to newly serve as a communication partner on the basis of the inner product value.
