<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a trouble from happening to the production of a printed-circuit board by making it possible to detect the open state of a suppressor after the loading work of a new housing tape. <P>SOLUTION: When the remaining amount of electronic components decreases, an operator stops operation, moves a component supply unit 6 in a drawing direction along a feeder base 19 gripping a handle, opens a suppressor 23, and mounts a new housing tape onto the component supply unit 6. When the production operation of a printed-circuit board P is restarted, a label 60 attached to the suppressor 23 of each component supply unit 6 is photographed by a substrate recognition camera 17 while moving a head unit 13 to the upside of the label 60 of the suppressor 23 of the component supply unit 6 of one end of a component supply unit 6 group and then moving the head unit 13 by a predetermined pitch in the direction of the parallel arrangement of the component supply unit 6 group and stopping the head unit 13 and a control device judges whether the suppressor 23 is closed based on the result of recognition processing of the image by the recognition processing device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
