A wrapper for tobacco industry products is disclosed. The wrapper comprises: a laminate having first and second layers; a first cut in the first layer that defines a region in the first layer; a second cut in the second layer that defines a region in the second layer, and a label adhered to the laminate. The first and second cuts are configured such that when the label is lifted the first and second layers delaminate in a peripheral region between the first and second cuts and the regions of the first and second layers are lifted together with said label to create an opening in the laminate defined by the second cut.
