A distance measuring method and device. The method comprises: transmitting a distance measuring signal to a measured system comprising at least one reflection point (S110); receiving a first frequency spectrum signal generated by the at least one reflection point reflecting the distance measuring signal (S120); determining, according to the first frequency spectrum signal, a second frequency spectrum signal comprising the first frequency spectrum signal, wherein a frequency spectrum width of the second frequency spectrum signal is greater than that of the first frequency spectrum signal (S130); and estimating a distance of the at least one reflection point according to the second frequency spectrum signal (S140). The distance measuring method and device accurately determine the distance of the reflection point in the measured system, thus improving measurement precision. |
