Provided are: a robot system capable of easily establishing a position of an object relative to a robot; and a robot. A robot system (100) is characterized by comprising: a first robot; a movable first cell in which the first robot is provided; and a positioning unit that is provided inside the first cell and positions an object. The robot system (100) further comprises a first transport unit for transporting the object to the positioning unit, and comprises a second transport unit for transporting the object. The second transport unit preferably transports the object in a direction different from that of the first transport unit. The present invention is characterized in that the robot is provided in the movable cell, the positioning unit for positioning the object is inside the cell, and the robot performs work on the object that has been positioned by the positioning unit. |
