PURPOSE:To facilitate separation of an unnecessary molding and to eliminate the secondary processing of a separated part and deformation of a molded product, by taking out the molded product and the unnecessary molding from a metal die by making them connect with a stripe material. CONSTITUTION:As for a stripe material 21, a large number of insert groups 22 which is obtained by extending and connecting two pairs of terminals 7, 8 whose intermediate parts are inserted in one bobbin 1 is connected with a connecting component 23. A central part in the longitudinal direction of a crosspiece material 25 connecting the insert groups 22, through which the bobbins 1 are formed synchronously, with each other and a connecting component 23 are connected by a crosspiece material 26 with each other. A pair of the bobbins 1 formed synchronously by a molding metal die for taking two pieces at a time is formed through a common spool, a runner and a pair of gates. As for the runner, the intermediate part of the crosspiece material 26 is formed so that the part is penetrated through, an unnecessary molding 28 hardened within the runner is being sticked to the crosspiece material 26. Even if an opening of the gate, therefore, is minimized or the gate is made into a submarine gate, the molding 28 separated from the bobbin 1 is discharged automatically without being left behind within the metal die when the die is opened. |
