A counterflow control circulation exhaust device of an internal combustion engine is provided to improve the combustion efficiency of the internal combustion engine by restricting the counterflow of external air introduced through a tail pipe, exhaust resistance in an exhaust gas path, and a suction force in a cylinder and rapidly discharging an exhaust gas. A counterflow control circulation exhaust device of an internal combustion engine includes a venturi unit(12), a plurality of vanes(14), a diffuser unit(16), and a chamber room(22). The venturi unit is inserted into an end tail pipe and forms an elongated pipe(10) for increasing the flow speed by forming a narrow pipe diameter from an exhaust inlet end(in). The vanes are elongated and projected for forming an external air exhaust hole(15) curved to face the inside of the venturi unit of the elongated pipe and opened to the external air direction. The terraced diffuser unit make a pipe diameter more widely by corresponding to the amount of exhaust gas of various RPMs at an outlet end(out) of the pipe. The vane of the pipe with the venturi unit is connected to an external air inlet(19). A cover(20) covers the outer surface of the pipe to block from the outside and form the chamber room between the pipe and the cover.
