PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of eliminating a region wherein the air flow stagnates in an upper end and a lower end of a core part, and capable of drastically improving heat exchange performance. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger 1 is constituted by attaching a tank part 7 comprising a seat plate and a tank cover on both ends of the core part 4 formed by alternately stacking a flat tube 2 through which a refrigerant flows and a bellows-shape fin 3 for heat exchanging with the refrigerant by receiving the air flow. A plurality of louvers 10 tilted to one direction from a flow-in direction to a flow-out direction of the air flow are formed on the fin 3 in predetermined intervals, and spacer members 13 and 14 forming space parts 11 and 12 for making the air flow flow-in/out between the tank part 7 and the fin 3 are arranged on the upper end and the lower end of the core part 4.
