PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize stable rotation of an eccentric cam of a plunger pump. SOLUTION: In the plunger pump 100A, a claw part extends in a radial direction of a drive shaft and connects the drive shaft and the eccentric cam. The claw part extends in a reciprocating direction of the plunger from a time when the plunger exists at top dead center to a time when the eccentric cam 126 rotates by predetermined angle. The predetermined angle is angle by which the eccentric cam 126 is rotated from a time when the plunger exists at top dead center to a time when a delivery check valve controlling delivery from a plunger pump 100A opens.
