<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual port pressure sensor. <P>SOLUTION: A dual port pressure sensor includes a lead frame having a flag, a lead, and a finger. First and second openings are extended via the flag. A sealing member is arranged around a portion of the flag, the lead, and the finger. The sensor includes a bottom cavity from which the bottom face of the flag is exposed at the bottom side of the sealing member, and first and second upper cavities at the upper side of the sealing member. The first opening in the first upper cavity is included in the first opening of the flag so as to be larger than the first opening of the flag. The second opening in the second upper cavity is included in the second opening of the flag so as to be larger than the second opening of the flag.
