PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance work support device, system and method for securer implementation of maintenance work on an elevator device.SOLUTION: A maintenance work support device according to an embodiment comprises a specifications acquisition part, an ideal timing acquisition part, a fault diagnostic part, a fault region specifying part, a replacing article specifying part, an article replacement time acquisition part, a prescribed work time acquisition part, a total time calculation part, and a notification part. Especially, the replacing article specifying part among them specifies a replacing article for restoring a specified fault region into a normal state. The article replacement time acquisition part acquires article replacement time needed for predetermined replacement work according to a replacing article. The prescribed work time acquisition part acquires a prescribed work time needed for periodic inspection work predetermined according to specifications. The total time calculation part, and a notification part calculates a total time needed for next-time inspection based upon the article replacement time and prescribed work time.
