PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to miniaturize a device and the kinds of vendible beverages are limited since an ice-maker is enlarged for securing the quantity of ice to be supplied. SOLUTION: This machine is provided with a heat pump circuit 1 and a beverage over cooling heat exchanger 14 and a beverage is discharged into a cup 12 after being cooled into over cooling state. Thus, since a sherbet-like beverage can be made in the cup 12, the beverage of new taste can be provided and an ice-maker 9 can be miniaturized.
