PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that aiding information for specifying a solution by interactively furthermore narrowing a case can not be provided because a conventional method is used only for the purpose of calculating similarity between a new case and a past case by using an index based on the weight of a keyword and providing similar cases in order. SOLUTION: A problem solution tree 26 based on a set of keywords is generated by referring to the frequency of keywords and past cases 21 similar to a new case 28 are detected from the tree 26.
