PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which ensures the conduction between a front case and a rear case and can prevent the failure of a display panel housed between both cases. SOLUTION: When the conduction is obtained by connecting a peripheral side part 120 of the front case 100 and a peripheral side part 220 of the rear case 200, which cases consist of metal, such as stainless steel and are molded to an L shape, a conducting piece 210 in part of the peripheral side part 220 is further returned, by which the surface of the rear case 200 not stuck with a sheet 250 and the surface of the front case 100 not stuck with a sheet 150 are directly electrically connected. The conduction of both cases 100 and 200 is thereby made sure.
