PURPOSE: A gripper for a loading and transferring device is provided to reduce the time for transferring articles as the articles can be easily transferred to a product manufacturing process after the articles are gripped by using the load of the articles with a gripping member for gripping multiple articles. CONSTITUTION: A gripper(100) for a loading and transferring device comprises a grip part(400), a gripping action part(500), a frame part(300), and a connection part(200). The grip part grips multiple loaded articles. The gripping action part vertically reciprocates to move the grip part in a horizontal direction so that multiple articles can be gripped. The frame part is installed to support the grip part to be horizontally reciprocated and to vertically reciprocate the gripping action part. The connection part comprises a fixing shaft(220) and a connection member(210). The gripping action part is rotatably fixed in the fixing shaft. The fixing shaft is horizontally fixed in the connection member to be separably fixed in the loading and transferring device.
