The system comprises a graft having a magnetically operated piston 120 which opens a valve when a magnetic field is placed in close proximity. A spring may bias the piston to a closed position. The piston may be in fluid communication with an inflatable balloon 114 which, when the piston is closed, forces fluid into the balloon which inflates. Also disclosed is a valve comprising two sleeves 110, 112 the inner sleeve having an area 114 which inflates. Also disclosed is a check valve comprising a pair of overlapping flaps (figs 14-18). |
