A radio base station performs data transmission to/from radio terminals under control of each of a plurality of relay stations via the relay stations. The radio base station comprises a control unit for transmitting first data addressed to a first radio terminal under control of a first relay station and second data addressed to a second radio terminal under control of a second relay station at timings which are overlapped at least partially.
