METHOD OF TRANSMITTING DATA IN A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

A data transmission method in a wireless communication system is provided to allow a BS(Base Station) to reallocate radio resources according to changed interval characteristics by quickly changing previously allocated radio resource allocation information. A UE(User Equipment) establishes an RB(Radio Bearer) with a BS(S61). The UE periodically transmits uplink data to the BS according to a data transmission period in a voice interval(S62a-S62n). The UE periodically or non-periodically checks a buffer status of the UE(S63). If the buffer status satisfies pre-set certain conditions, the UE configures buffer status information and transmits it to the BS(S64). The BS transmits a reception acknowledgement with respect to the buffer status information(S65). The UE transmits a packet(SID) to the BS(S66a-S66n). The UE periodically or non-periodically checks its buffer status in a packet interval(S67). If the buffer status satisfies pre-set certain conditions, the UE configures buffer status information and transmits it to the BS(S68). The BS transmits reception acknowledgement with respect to the buffer status information to the UE(S69). The UE transmits uplink data to the BS by using uplink scheduling information in a voice interval included in scheduling information(S70a-S70n).
