PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in existing SNS (Social Network Service), a community can be created by an unspecified large number of persons, while highly private information cannot be exchanged. SOLUTION: Key information for logging into the community using communication terminal devices is generated when creating the community. The generated key information is transferred from the communication terminal device to the other communication terminal device by short-range communication such as IC communication. The received key information is used for logging into the community. Thereby, the community can be established only with an acquaintance, and the highly private information can be exchanged.
