The method further comprises the step of embedding (300) the thus-formed mu-cone (C1, C2) in an electrically insulating polymer matrix (P), and the step of applying (500) a second electrode (E2) such that the tip of the mu-cone C1, C2) is connected to the second electrode (E2).
