A method and a system for a precise dental procedure are disclosed. The method for a precise dental procedure can comprise the steps of: generating three-dimensional oral image information of a patient; generating a procedure fixing device for fixing the mouth of the patient when a tooth removal procedure for the patient is performed on the basis of the three-dimensional oral image information; and performing the tooth removal procedure for a tooth to be removed by moving a handpiece to the patient's tooth to be removed on the basis of the three-dimensional oral image information. |
