<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forklift capable of easily changing an illuminating direction of a working lamp, and eliminating a dead angle in work at night or a dark place, by changing the illuminating direction. <P>SOLUTION: The forklift comprises the working lamp 1, and a direction adjusting means 2 coupled to the working lamp 1 and changing the illuminating direction of the working lamp 1 without using a tool. The direction adjusting means 2 has a fixed seat member 4 attached to a forklift main body 3, and an operating arm member 5 coupled with the working lamp 1.
