PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably hold a brake reservoir tank by a holding bracket with a simple configuration, and to facilitate the mounting work of the brake reservoir tank. SOLUTION: A brake reservoir tank mounting structure comprises a holding bracket 11 mounted on a vehicle body side member located forward of a cowl part, a brake reservoir tank 8 to be held with a bottom face part 29 being placed on a bottom wall part 12 of the holding bracket 11, and a fastening member 18 to fasten a locking part 26 protruded on the brake reservoir tank 8 to a locked part 17 of the holding bracket 11. Projection parts 21, 22 are formed on any one of the bottom wall part 12 of the holding bracket 11 and the bottom face part 29 of the brake reservoir tank 8. The brake reservoir tank 8 is co-turned according to the friction force exerted between the locking part 26 and the fastening member 18 during the fastening by the fastening member 18, and the bottom face part 29 is pressed against the bottom wall part 12 of the holding bracket 11.
