A customer information processing method of an Internet site system using a mobile phone and a telephone is provided to enable a member to use up-to-date customer information for telephone consultation and public relations activities actively when necessary, thereby increasing publicity of an Internet site by information by word of mouth of satisfied customers, consequently sales are enlarged. Information about an applicant who wants to join as a member is inputted and stored in a first database. The applicant is approved as a member(T10). Customer information is uploaded to a server device from a telephone connected to a terminal from the applicant(T11). The customer information is stored in a second database included in an Internet site. The customer information of the second database included in the server device is downloaded to the telephone connected to the terminal. |
