A method for production of ochratoxin A includes application as producer of culture of fungus Aspergillus ochraceus, that is introduced to preliminarily prepared wheat grain, with cultivation, inactivation of vegetative forms of fungus and extraction of ochratoxin with chlorophorm with orthophosphoric acid, evaporation of chlorophorm extractions and determination of ochratoxin A there by chromatographic study. In the method culture of fungus Aspergillus ochraceus strain No. 7 is used as a producer of ochratoxin A. |
