providing an appliance shaped for placement on the plurality of teeth, the appliance comprising a plurality of tooth receiving cavities shaped to receive each of the plurality of teeth and provide a differential moment to the plurality of teeth in order to move one or more teeth of the plurality of teeth, the plurality of teeth comprising a first one or more teeth and a second one or more teeth, the first one or more teeth comprising a first counter moment and the second one or more teeth comprising a second counter moment, the first counter moment opposite the second counter moment.
