摘要 PURPOSE: A method for preparing a retinoid using an EutE gene- or Puuc gene-deleted Escherichia genus microorganism is provided to enhance retinoid productivity and to enhance the production of a certain product in a retinoid. CONSTITUTION: An Escherichia genus microorganism with improved retinal productivity has reduced or deleted EutE(ethanolamine utilization protein E) gene, PuuC(Putrescine utilization pathway protein C) gene, or combination thereof. EutE has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 19. PuuC has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 20. A gene encoding EutE has a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 21. A gene encoding PuuC has a base sequence of sequence number 22. The Escherichia genus microorganism is DH5alpha, MG1655, BL21(DE), S17-1, XL1-Blue, BW25113, or a combination thereof.
