In a salon server, leaflets for introducing a property salon are distributed to tenants of the property so as to invite the tenants to the property salon by using the leaflets. In the property salon, the salon members are allowed to contribute opinions or the like about topics, such as cafés, schools and the like located within a predetermined range on the periphery of the property. Each salon member receives recommendations about a specific topic extracted from the logs of the other salon members. Thus, information about the topic can be received from the actual user. Since the information to be recommended is extracted based upon the profiles of the salon members, it is highly possible that the information is profitable to the corresponding salon member. Thus, the salon member can obtain actual information about facilities located on the periphery of the real estate. |
