<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism further softening a shock when holding a cane against the ground to support one's weight as compared to a conventional walking assist cane or crutch. <P>SOLUTION: This cane for assisting walking includes the mechanism for buffering/repelling the shock when holding the cane against the ground. The cane also includes a mechanism not to bring out buffering/repulsion effect by the mechanism for buffering/repelling the shock by fixing the cane, and a user selects presence/absence of the buffering/repulsion effect by the mechanism for buffering/repelling the shock by fixing the cane or not fixing the cane, and can utilize the cane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
