PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CATV tap-off which is not influenced by a choke coil even in a frequency band near 5 MHz, and can easily perform the adjustment of an incoming signal level. SOLUTION: The branch output of a branch circuit 4 is connected to a distribution circuit through an equalizer circuit 5. A characteristic correction circuit 5a consisting of the series circuit of a capacitor C1 and a resistance R1 is provided in the input side connected to the branch circuit 4 in the equalizer circuit 5.
