PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a disc shaped coupling is provided to prevent cracks and damages and to reduce machining error by stably supporting the disc shaped coupling. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a disc shaped coupling comprises following steps. A plurality of metal plates(10) is stacked. Fixing holes penetrating the top and bottom surfaces of the metal plates are formed at constant intervals. A first jig(31) and second jig(32) attached to the top and bottom surfaces are joined by the fixing holes. A first bite(41) rotates along the outer surface of the first jig, and machines the outer surface of the disc shaped coupling. A second bite(42) rotates along the inner surface of the first jig, and machines the inner side of the disc shaped coupling. Fixing pieces are coupled between the upper and lower sides of the fixing holes so that the disc shaped coupling is formed. |
