<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas detection element that consumes less power, has high thermal insulation property and high thermal shock resistance, and has durability. <P>SOLUTION: In the gas detection element X, a supported substrate section 10, having a gas sensitive section 11 and a heating means, is supported on a support substrate section 30 with a plurality of cross-linking sections 20; and one cross-linking section 20, which is the extension direction of the cross-linking section 20 with respect to the supported substrate section 10 is set different from the extension direction of the cross-linking section 20 with respect to the support substrate section 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
